You can file your complaint by writing us a letter or by using the Woonbedrijf-Vestide complaints form. You can also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A request for a repair is not a complaint. You can get in touch with us via our website or by telephone (040 - 2 97 93 80). Are there any problems regarding the living conditions or do you want to report a nuisance? Then you can use the form for reporting nuisances.
Initially we will deal with your complaint ourselves. We will submit the complaint to the relevant department or district. Usually we are able to find a solution together. Are you still not satisfied with the way we treated your complaint or you don' t think much of our solution? Then you can turn to several bodies or committees.
One of them is the Woonbedrijf-Vestide complaints committee. This is an independent committee: the members hold a seat on the committee in a personal capacity. None of them works for or works at Woonbedrijf-Vestide.
The complaints committee always first asks for Woonbedrijf-Vestide's written response to your complaint. Without this response they are unable to process it. If we had enough time to respond to your complaint but you did not receive a reaction you can of course turn to the complaints committee.
When the complaints committee begins handling the complaint, you and Woonbedrijf-Vestide will be invited to give an explanation in person. Then the complaints committee will advise the Woonbedrijf-Vestide management and they will have the final say. The entire procedure will take approximately ten weeks.
